Recruitment specialist (Full Time)

Dammam , Saudi Arabia



Recruitment specialist is responsible for performing all activities related to of the HR services, including manpower planning and recruiting, succession planning and career development, performance management, as well as personnel affairs and administration services in accordance with OxfordSaudia’s set of objectives, targets, policies and processes


Tasks & Responsibility

  • Preparing the manpower plan quarterly, yearly.
  • Preparing the criteria of hiring & checking the job description and ensure its matching with the positing for job advertising purposes.
  • Manage recruitment for local and overseas and prepare recruitment report.
  • Assist in Developing adequate policies and processes for the recruitment function to maintain efficient operational excellence
  • Communicate the Human Resources & Administration function’s guidelines and processes to selected candidates and ensure clear understanding of these guidelines.
  • Work towards achieving the Human Resources & Administration function’s strategic objectives and report progress to management
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including email.
  • Oversee and participate in the activities of job advertising, interviewing, selecting and recruiting employees to fill vacant positions at Company.
  • Building overseas data base of candidates which can be use any time for in the company recruitment’s purposes.
  • Coordinating with HR team to ensure preparing the job offer, contract, all needed to complete the recruitment process.
  • Provide and monitor all activities related to flights and hotels booking and hotel pick-up and other logistics required for business trips.
  • Preparing daily, weekly, yearly report of management needs and HR Requirement to maintain control of duties and responsibilities

  • Any instruction or task related to position sent by management or direct manager via email.
  • This primary duties & responsibilities may be updated time to time according to management development.


Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field.
  • Minimum of 1-3 Years’ Experience.
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic language.

The Saudi National Company of Aviation (SNCA) has established a new flight academy in its aviation center at King Fahad International Airport. The new flight academy is a CAE Authorized Training Center. Drawing upon over 75 years of pilot training expertise, The pilot training programs provide focused ab initio training to aspiring pilots across Saudi Arabia and The Middle East. Our unique CPL program starts with a foundation year followed by a premier ground school course with high-quality flying instruction delivered in accordance with the Saudi Aviation Authority requirements.

CAE and SNCA announced at the 2017 Dubai Air Show a collaboration agreement for the creation of the OxfordSaudia, a CAE Authorized Training Centre. CAE is providing the authorized training centre the key elements for world-class cadet training such as commercial pilot license curriculum and courseware, the training of staff and instructors, and safety and quality control systems. As a global leader in training, CAE trains more than 220,000 crewmembers a year, including 1,500 cadets.

The authorized training center in Dammam is funded by the Saudi National Company of Aviation and has the resources and expertise to train up to 400 cadet pilots annually.
